tuluum's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Big Bird Spreads The Word Currently Reading: Smith Alumnae Quarterly Currently Listening To: Renaissance Affair - Hooverphonic So, it appears everyone from my graduating class is either married and/or at Yale Law School. yay. : I really need to start focusing on my post-grad endeavours. I'm just busy right now getting my student loan worked off. Wrote Smith recently to see if I could get the final 20% left on my loan to be forgiven. If it does get cleared then I will start looking into grad schools. I miss being intellectually challenged. And I miss the States damn it. Though I fear it will be so different now... Because of my atrophying intellect I have just signed up for a free online course "Being Jewish in Today's World" being offered by Satan.. ooops I meant Barnes and Noble. Kudos to Missy Elliott for losing all that weight. I'm in awe girl. props! The other day I had the funniest moment with my mom :) Hehhe thought I would record it here for posterity. c. 8am.. downstairs.. Niki hovers in the kitchen doorway stretching as a scrumptious saltfish and tomato omelette sizzles HLM: mmmm that smells good... what's for -my- breakfast? Mom: what do you want? HLM: i dunno.. i'm feeling for something heterosexua... :: mother.. spins around mid-sentence hands on hips:: Mom: look here missy, we only serve homosexual food here, if you want heterosexual you can go somewhere else or make it your damn self! ::mother.. turns back to kitchen sink:: :: HLM stands blinking in stunned silence.. and then skips off laughing at the absurdity of it all :)) :: Poor Liam, did this confuse you too? I must admit my home life is not too run of the mill :) heheh Alice has complained that my entries are a bit short these days. That's cos this is my week off and I have been trying to catch up on my rest. Usually in 12 hour stretches. I also have been in a lot of pain because of my thumb, but the sleep seems to be doing it some good. It's feeling much better today, so far... Hey Jen!
