Right now I am just glad that my cable system gives me access to not just the US corporate media machine but also those of Al-Jazeera, Deutsche Welt TV, Chinese News, and the most balanced of all the BBC World Service. With so many news sources one really gets a wide range of perspectives and images from which to draw one's conclusions and opinions.
I will write more on my current state o life shortly...
